'In-visible Line' (2019).

Tracing the path of the mid-structure separation line; a void that permits the expansion and contraction of the building... otherwise, an unremarkable line; always there but rarely seen.
In-visible Line draws on notions of expansions, divisions and boundaries encountered in everyday environments.  Painting the whisper of a rainbow through the gallery, the intimate line is responsive to light and movement; making each experience different.
The installation was inspired by; ‘Sunset from a motorway flyover’ by Grayson Perry. (First floor, Usher Gallery) An illustrated vase showing a journey through an overlooked corner of society.
